Selected by HGC Construction to complete the renovation of the historic Enquirer building into a twin flag hotel for Sree Hotels. The historic building was converted into a 249 room hotel includes 144 Hampton inn rooms and 105 Homewood Suites rooms, included is 12,000 square-feet of street-level retail space. All 14-stories above ground were renovated and the 3 stories of basement was left to house utilities. The total construction cost was approximately 27,320,000.00. OVES contracted amount was $2,980,000.00. We installed over 350,000 feet of MC Cable ranging from size. There were over 3,800 new lighting fixtures, 1,800 switches, and 4,900 single and double duplex receptacles installed.
