Ohio Valley Electrical Services began working on DHL facilities in 2002. The DHL-Siemens automated conveyor system project in Wilmington Ohio was completed in 2006 with more than 50 electricians on site installing some 250 motors, 10,000 devices such as photo eyes and code readers, and 1.35 million feet of cabling. In 2009 OVES performed numerous projects for DHL’s relocation back to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) Facility. In 2015 we completed their conveyor system for their material handling expansion at CVG.
A small crew remains on site for periodic maintenance and adjustment to their transportation conveyors and sort systems.
