Factory 52 is a new lifestyle destination in Cincinnati located at the site of the old US Playing Card factory, which was a longtime customer of Ohio Valleys. We were an integral part of the initial job setup and quickly flowed into the renovation of the old factory cafeteria building. The cafeteria will now house The Gatherall, an open concept food hall with 18 different vendors offering different cuisines. We also worked on the salvage and restoration of the historic smokestack as well as repairs to the original clock tower, bringing it back to full functionality. Site lighting included 88 pole lights located all around the 24-acre property, lighting of the House of Cards, the globe, and the streetscape lighting over walkways.
