We worked with Winegardner & Hammons Construction to redevelop a historic building, built in 1909, into a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel located in Downtown Cincinnati within the Lytle Park Historic District. It has 106 guest rooms, 10,800 sq ft of meeting space, a lobby, bar, and a restaurant. The outdoor dining and patio overlooks Lytle Park and the rooftop terrace, which is 5.000 sq ft,overlooking Downtown Cincinnati.
