When OVES moved into its new facility back in 2010, we sold the site of the old OVES offices to the neighboring Mallard Cove Retirement Center, and in doing so we gained a project- handling the electrical contract for a 42,000-sq.-ft. expansion of the residents at Mallard Cove.
A six-man crew worked on this design/build project that includes 34 new residents, as well as support staff, activity and dining spaces, and the addition will connect two existing buildings.
