The 535,000 square-foot facility includes a 182,000 square-foot middle school that opened in 2013, accommodating 1,200 students. Princeton High School opened in 2014, a 209,500 square-foot building that accommodates 1,800 students. The new schools include high-tech classrooms, a library, labs and think tanks, which are small rooms for students and teachers to meet for collaborative learning.


Viking Village, the 200,000 square-foot third phase of the project, opened in August 2015. Now available to the public the facility includes a 1,000-seat auditorium with orchestra pit, basketball arena with 2,500 competition gym, 300-seat natatorium with eight-lane swimming pool, weight room, wrestling room and locker rooms.
