The building is a 22 floor structure with 310,000 square feet under roof in Covington, KY. We worked on the lighting for 72 condos, 8 penthouses, 2 guest suites, indoor and outdoor private dining rooms, pool, fitness center, sauna and a 150-vehicle parking facility. Our crew did all the electrical work including the service coming from the street, the emergency generator and the alarm system. It was all custom lighting, including any additional electrical installations for the owners of the condos.
