Our crew serviced all three buildings which contained 66 personal care rooms, 117 skilled care rooms, rehabilitation rooms, a welcome center, kitchen, and a laundry service area. We contracted all the lighting fixtures, data network, fire alarm equipment, security systems, nurse call systems, HVAC roof top units, and all the site lighting package.
